Its almost summer, and I'm already dreaming of walking at the beach, the smell of seafish and sitting in some restaurants. Eating ice cream with some friends and chilling around. Even though that I'm not in Spain, in my mind I am.
So my grandmom made always tortilla for me, when I was in spain. It's easy to make and it's really tasty! That was my inspiration for today ''À la Espana''.
That looks yummy... not that I am seeing that one I've realized it's been too long since my last tortilla de patatas! Gotta solve this ;)
